At Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. were in search of a driven Sales Representative 1 to join our world-class team in Carlsbad. This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of something exceptionally impactful helping our customers make the world healthier cleaner and safer.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to determine their needs and provide flawless solutions.
- Successfully implement sales strategies to meet and exceed set targets.
- Conduct market research to compete effectively and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential and existing clients.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales role preferably within a related industry or lab experience
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelors degree in Science or Business Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $41000.00$61000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
