Every day Cambias Software Engineering Team is living our mission to make health care easier and lives better. Software Development Engineers participate in a cross-team environment for the delivery and maintenance of application systems. Responsible for programming debugging building deploying testing and documentation of applications in development and production environments. Responsible for database design and system testing and documentation. This position provides technical interpersonal and administrative skills in performing day-to-day work. all in service of making our members health journeys easier.

What You Bring to Cambia:
Preferred Key Experience:
Full-stack development experience .
Exposure toAWSservices and cloud-native application development.
Strong communication and collaboration skills in agile team environments.
Qualifications and Certifications:
(All Levels) Bachelors degree in Computer Science Mathematics Business Administration Engineering or a related field and relevant experience in a multi-platform environment including but not limited to application development or database development.
(Level II) At least 3 years relevant experience in a multi-platform environment.
(Level III) At least 5 years relevant experience in a multi-platform environment.
(Level IV) At least 8 years relevant experience in a multi-platform environment including but not limited to application development or database development
Equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience will typically include significant involvement with relevant key technologies articulated by the hiring manager in the position description.
Skills and Attributes (Not limited to):
6 years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus onReact.
2 years of hands-on experience UI-to-backend integration.
3 years of experience developing backend services .
Solid understanding ofReact state managementandRedux Toolkit.
2 years of experience writing unit tests for both frontend and backend components.
Familiarity withGraphQLand modern API design principles.
Experience working withtelecommunications technologiesor platforms likeNICE InContactis highly desirable.
What You Will Do at Cambia (Not limited to):
Develop and maintain scalable high-performance web applications .
Design and implementreusable React componentsandUI workflowswith a focus on maintainability and performance.
Integrate front-end applications with backend services usingREST APIsandGraphQL.
Apply advancedstate managementtechniques usingRedux Toolkit.
Write and maintainunit testsfor UI components using frameworks such asJestMocha orChai.
Build and support backend services including unit testing withJest.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless UI/backend integration and high-quality deliverables.
Contribute to the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions;AWSexperience is a plus.
Work withtelephony platformssuch asNICE InContactor similar cloud-based systems.
Participate in ongoing maintenance and operations including handling customer tickets and being part of an on-call team rotation to support production systems.
The expected hiring range for The Software Developer II is $91.8k$108k Software Developer III is $110.5k$130k Software Developer IV is $120.7k$142k depending on skills experience education and training; relevant licensure / certifications; performance history; and work location. The bonus target for this position is 15%. The current full salary range for for the SDE II is $86k Low/ $108k MRP / $141k High SDE III is $104k Low/ $130k MRP / $169k High SDE IV is $113k Low/ $142k MRP / $185k High
