Position Summary:
The RN performs initial and ongoing assessments of patients condition. Establishes a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient according to his or her capabilities and desires. Monitors records and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team physician patient and family. Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care including patient transfer discharge referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs. On-Call required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in Nursing Required. Bachelors or Masters Degree preferred.
- An Active Arizona RN License or Compact License required.
- ACLS required upon hire.
- Arterial Line Placement required within 6 months of hire.
