NOW HIRING: Housekeeping / Floor Tech / Maintenance Assistant
William Penn Care Campus Jeannette PA
William Penn Care Campus is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our Environmental Services team. This hybrid position combines basic maintenance duties housekeeping and floor care and helping to maintain a clean safe and welcoming environment for our residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- General housekeeping of resident rooms and common areas
- Sweeping mopping stripping waxing and buffing floors
- Operating cleaning equipment (auto-scrubbers buffers etc.)
- Minor maintenance tasks (light repairs painting grounds upkeep)
- Following safety and infection control protocols
- Providing excellent customer service to residents and staff
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping or maintenance experience preferred

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess as a minimum a high school diploma.
No previous experience is required on the job training will be provided.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to read write speak and understand the English language
Must be a supportive team member contribute to and be an example of teamwork and the team concept
Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel residents family members visitors government agencies/personnel and the general public
Must be able to follow written and oral instructions
Must not pose a threat to the health or safety of their individuals in the workplace
Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday
Must be able to function independently and have flexibility personal integrity and the ability to work effectively with other
Must be willing to perform tasks that may involve exposure to the blood and/or body fluids
Must be willing to assist in the evacuation of residents during emergency situations
Must be able to push pull move and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push pull move and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet.
Must perform all additional tasks assigned to you by supervisor
