You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailJoin us on our journey: To drive a smart and sustainable energy future we are looking for a proactive independent and driven (Senior) Portfolio Manager based in this role you will be an operational backbone of our energy asset portfolio.
Youll manage relationships with our key clients in the battery energy storage system (BESS) ranging from smaller developers to large scale asset managers end-to-end. Your focus: orchestrating customer value through insight connection and innovation. Thereby you make our customers stay with Entrix expand their footprint and thereby make them become the most successful battery storage businesses.
Location: Warsaw Poland
Employment Type: Full-Time indefinite term
Working Mode: Office work setup with expectations to travel (stakeholder meetings in Poland and strategic alignments with our headquarters in Munich)
Language Requirement: Polish (C1) and English (C1)
As a (Senior) Portfolio Manager Poland you will:
Create a customer experience that sets us apart from competition and increases customer satisfaction
Become the sparring partner of our clients that understands client priorities and feeds this into Entrix
Continuously showcase the exceptional value Entrix delivers to customers and jointly develop towards our vision
Help customers stay up to date on market changes and strategic opportunities
Oversee the relationship between Entrix and a specific set of customers to ensure a professional and synchronized communication
Support the technical onboarding of BESS assets including stakeholder coordination and go-live
Act as the first point of contact for the customer for special requests and sparring for strategic questions on their existing and upcoming BESS assets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to further professionalize and improve the Portfolio Management function
Identify and lead opportunities to expand our work with existing customers
Drive continuous improvement of customer-facing processes and communication
Were looking for someone who is deeply proactive and accountable - someone who doesnt just identify problems but owns them and is energized by bringing clarity and progress to complexity.
Mandatory Requirements
A degree or equivalent in Business Economics or Engineering
3-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles (e.g. Sales Project Management Key Account Management) in the energy industry
Track record of managing relationships with senior external stakeholders (e.g. senior leadership C-suite commercial directors)
Excellent problem-solving skills clear sense of ownership and a proactive mindset
Experience with data analytics and performance dashboards for asset management
Solid understanding ofor high willingness to quickly learnenergy asset performance metrics grid regulations and trading frameworks
Strong organizational and communication abilities
Openness to travel to the client and attend regular events (such as fairs and conferences)
Fluency in Polish and English (C1 or above)
Skills to Set You Apart
Experience in BESS or renewable energy project development
Experience in (key) account management in the Polish energy sector
Hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams especially with software engineers and data scientists
Familiarity with agile working methods and tools
Comfortable handling difficult conversations managing urgent client concerns and balancing strategic priorities under tight timelines
This role may not be a fit for you if
Youre not comfortable working across teams or having bilateral unprepared conversations with clients
You prefer routine over dynamic evolving work environments
You prefer roles with limited customer and cross-team interactions
You are not comfortable working in a fast-paced evolving regulatory and technical landscape
You are not familiar with the Polish energy landscape and not interested in actively building expertise in the battery storage space
You look for a pure management position - well need you to be active operationally as well
