Phlebotomist Ottumwa Lab Services
Job Type: 1 FTE
Full Time 0800 - 1630 M - F with rotating weekends

Position Summary:
Collects and processes blood specimens for testing in the laboratory.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- An approved nationally accredited training course in Phlebotomy preferred
- Formal Phlebotomy training preferred
- Certification from ASCP or NHA preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) to be obtained within thirty (30) days of hire
