Job Description

Were looking for designers who live and breathe brand design. You have a sharp eye for typography composition and image-making and you understand how every detail ladders up to a larger identity. You draw inspiration from across culturedesign photography digital platforms fashion and emerging trendsand translate it into work that feels current and on-brand. Youre fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma and comfortable building for both print and digital ecosystems. Most importantly you know how craft consistency and storytelling come together to build brands that stand out and resonate.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Working within Global Brand Design you will collaborate with Art Directors and the larger Marketing team to concept and create design across multiple touchpoints including:
- Creative pitch decks and presentations
- Photo/video shoot decks and visual narratives
- Product launch materials and marketing toolkits
- Internal/external communications graphics
- Digital and print assets spanning social web and retail environments
You will also:
- Occasionally assist Art Directors or the Marketing team with photoshoots
- Partner with Design Leads and Marketing stakeholders to understand campaign goals and design needs
- Collaborate with freelance designers and writers to produce world-class assets
ABOUT YOU
- A craft-first designer with sharp taste and attention to detail
- Highly organized adaptable and self-motivated
- Thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and quick turnarounds
- Strong communicator with good presentation skills
- Positive team player who listens well and takes direction while contributing ideas
- Passionate about design first but energized by cycling sport or active living
- Curious about how brands work and driven to create design that builds brand equity
WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN
- BFA in a related field preferred or 4 years of relevant design experience
- A portfolio showcasing high-quality design-led work across multiple mediums
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator InDesign Photoshop)
- Mastery of Figma
- Familiarity with Miro a plus
- Familiarity with using AI tools in your workflow a plus
- Experience with project management tools like Asana or Jira a plus
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills

PAY
Below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in the following locations:
California Base Pay Range: ($44782- $73890
*At Specialized your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and will depend on your work experience skills certification and location.
