Work with store management teams (Area Managers and Store Managers) to provide reporting on daily variances and corrective actions.
Answer email and telephone inquiries to provide value added store support and guidance on cash management issues.
Provide commentary on cash variances and support the Banking team on missing deposit and variance investigations.
Responsible for analysis and trending of retail operational data to highlight areas for improvement and coaching opportunities in the field
Responsible for resolving financial discrepancies or missing transactions in ReSA to ensure the completeness and accuracy of data
Responsible for working with IT on resolving any data issues or system errors impacting our financials
Responsible for the monthly float balance sheet reconciliation and any float movement journal entries
Responsible for the cash payouts reporting and compliance
Perform ad hoc reports and analyses as required
Job Qualifications:
University Degree or equivalent educational achievement.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and process data and make sound recommendations.
Willingness to work outside normal business hours during busy retail season.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strong skills in Excel and ability to learn new programs.
Superior written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Self-starter and ability to work independently with excellent problem solving skills.
