The Opportunity
Take on a key leadership role and facilitate the smooth operation of our Day Surgery Unit incorporating 2 Endoscopy Units and processing room.
Working closely with the Nurse Unit Manager you will lead and support staff manage resources and ensure exceptional patient care is provided. You will mentor and lead a passionate nursing team supported by an engaged leadership group.
This is a perfect opportunity for a senior nurse ready to step into a management role! Youll be given the tools and support to grow your leadership skillset and make a real impact on patients and your team.

Your Skills and Experience
You will demonstrate strong organisational skills to efficiently coordinate staff and resources along with exceptional communication and leadership abilities. As a natural mentor you thrive in inspiring your team to grow and deliver outstanding care.
- Registered Nurse with current full AHPRA registration
- Minimum of 5 years recentEndoscopy experience
- Post graduate qualification in the appropriate specialty is desirable
- Proven ability to act as a positive role model and as a professional at all times
Remuneration
A base hourly rate ranging from $55.92 - $ 57.76 superannuation based on experience level and qualifications exclusive of penalties or allowances. (VIC Associate Nurse Unit Manager yr1-yr2)
