Clinical Nurse Manager RN Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit
Full-Time 32 hours / week Days

How youll contribute
As a nursing leader you will inspire excellence by guiding clinical practice mentoring staff and ensuring the highest standards of patient-centered care. With a focus on collaboration innovation and compassion you will shape an exceptional patient journey.
You will lead a team of over 18 RNs and Nursing Support Staff foster engagement and champion professional development.
Monitor Quality Indicators and participate in initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
Facilitate patient rounding and foster collaboration across multi -disciplinary teams

Minimum qualifications and requirements
2 years nursing leadership experience
Bachelors degree or current enrollment
State of Michigan RN license
AHA Basic Life Support Health Care Provider

UP Health System - Marquette is home to the only Inpatient RehabilitationUnit (IRU) in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Our private room 16- bed inpatient rehabilitation unit combines a home-like atmosphere. Our team of experts specializes in helping patients maximizes their functional goals. We provide the highest level of post-acute medical care while sustaining a caring and culturally sensitive environment. Our staff is devoted to the rehabilitation of patients with various disordersand conditions which include stroke amputations brain injury neurological disorders spinal cord injury orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
