Job Description
EHP Legal is collaborating with the Atlanta office of a prestigious Am Law firm to identify a talented attorney for their growing Investment Funds team. This position requires 3 to 6 years of experience in investment management and fund formation. The ideal candidate will join a dynamic multi-disciplinary team recognized for representing private equity funds hedge funds private credit funds real estate funds hybrid funds and other alternative investment vehicles. There will also be opportunities to work with retail alternative funds including BDCs interval funds and closed-end funds.
Candidates should possess an entrepreneurial mindset excellent interpersonal skills and a knack for business development with direct client interactions. This is an exciting opportunity for professional growth in a strategically important area of the firms practice.
