Full time 37 hours per week
Location: Peterborough - Thorpe Wood House
Remote and Office each week. Must be able to attend ongoing training in Peterborough and Lincoln

We are seeking a Billing & Income Team member to join our dynamic and multi-skilled team. This role is vital in supporting billing and cash collection activities for Retailers Developers NAVs and other non-household customers within the AWS region.
With responsibility for ensuring the accurate collection of revenuesamounting to approximately 440 million annuallyyou will play a key part in maintaining financial integrity monitoring cash collection performance and identifying potential risks and opportunities.

What does it take to be a Customer and Operational Services Team Member
Proficient in SAP
Proficientwith allMicrosoftOffice products-including the use ofVLOOKUP&pivot tables
Customerserviceand financialexperience(preferably business to business)
Excellent telephone etiquette with ability to discuss matters such as payment resolution&debt chasing
Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
The desire tosolve problems improve processes and deliver efficiencies
Ability toworkindependently andas part of the team
