The Risk Strategy and Execution Associatewill support the Business Banking Risk Chief of Staff and senior leadership in executing strategic initiatives managing projects and enhancing operational efficiency. We will provide you opportunities to learn how material is prepared for executives and how large teams are managed to meet the Chief Risk Officers strategic objectives for Business Banking Risk. Additionally we will provide you opportunities to learn credit analysis and review performed on loan commitments and change management related to the procedures and policies for credit analysis.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a liaison between the Chief of Staff senior leadership and other departments by assisting in planning executing and monitoring key projects and initiatives within Business Banking Risk
  • Coordinate requests with cross-functional teams and prepare project status reports to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
  • Collaborate with the Chief of Staff to develop and implement strategic plans and objectives
  • Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes
  • Assist in the preparation of strategic presentations and reports for executive meetings
  • Assist in preparing reports and conduction analysis on staffing and budget needs

Required qualifications capabilities and skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration Risk Management or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task demonstrating a positive can-do attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word)
  • Strong problem-solving and organization skills with attention to detail
  • Curious and eager to learn
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills necessary to work effectively with all levels of the organization and with geographically distributed teams
