Short Description
The Nursing Supervisors primary responsibility is to coordinate direct organize and evaluate patient care resources and management during their designated shifts in coordination with the Nurse Directors. Responsible for assessing and resolving issues requiring immediate intervention. Evaluates and provides feedback of individual staff members to Nurse Directors.
Experience Required
Previous supervisory experience required.
Education Requirements
Graduate of NLN accredited School of Nursing.
License/Certification Requirements
Current NJ-RN License (Registered Nurse).
Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS CPR (Basic Life Support) Certification required.
