NOW HIRING: REMOTE INSURANCE UNDERWRITER (NICHE PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT)
Earn Up to $150K Fully Remote Lead a Brand-New Program
Do you have a sharp eye for risk deep expertise in niche business insurance and broker connections to back it up
Looking for a seasoned Underwriter to build and launch a specialized insurance program from the ground up all within the fast-paced innovative MGA space.
Who Were Looking For:
An experienced Insurance Underwriter who thrives in niche markets like:
Locksmiths
Pest Control
Painting
Home Appraisers
and similar home-centered businesses.
If you already have strong broker relationships thats a huge plus.
What Youll Do:
Underwrite Complex Risks
Evaluate applications for niche industries
Set smart pricing and coverage based on nuanced exposures
Work closely with brokers and clients to tailor solutions
Launch & Lead a New Program
Design and build a niche insurance program from scratch
Collaborate across marketing ops and claims to bring it to life
Develop innovative coverage options that stand out in the market
Drive Broker & Client Engagement
Promote the program with brokers and agents
Host presentations and trainings
Keep a pulse on market trends and competitors
Optimize Program Performance
Monitor profitability and underwriting results
Adjust pricing and risk strategies as needed
Report directly to leadership on key metrics and growth
What You Bring:
Proven underwriting experience in niche small business markets
Deep knowledge of home-service businesses (locksmiths pest etc.)
Strong broker relationships
A builders mindset ready to take the lead and innovate
Compensation & Perks:
Up to $150000 annual salary
