Job Summary

Are you an experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician looking for a dynamic and hands-on role Join our team and be responsible for maintaining repairing and optimizing our production and facility equipment. We are looking for a skilled professional with expertise in electrical mechanical and automation systems to keep our plant running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the proper functioning of all electrical instrumentation and control systems.
Troubleshoot and maintain PLC/DCS and HMI systems including ladder logic programming.
Work with AC/DC circuits motors and drives to diagnose and repair issues.
Perform preventative maintenance to keep automated and robotic systems operating at peak efficiency.
Maintain accurate documentation of electrical instrumentation and automation systems.
Collaborate with plant managers and supervisors to improve machine efficiency and resolve maintenance issues.
Follow lockout/tagout procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Conduct inspections to verify machines meet operational and safety standards.

What Were Looking For:

Strong electro-mechanical skillset with hands-on troubleshooting experience.
Knowledge of PLC programming control systems and industrial automation.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics process instrumentation diagrams and block diagrams.
Experience in preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
Safety-conscious mindset with adherence to all plant safety rules.
Ability to work on-call and overtime as needed.
