Parametric is part of Morgan Stanley Investment Management the asset management division of Morgan Stanley. We partner with advisors institutions and consultants to build portfolios focused on what is important to them and their clients. A leader in custom solutions for more than 30 years we help investors access efficient market exposures solve implementation challenges and design multi-asset portfolios that respond to their evolving needs. We also offer systematic alpha and alternative strategies to complement clients core holdings.
This role is part of Parametrics hybrid working model which includes working in the office 3 days a week and choosing to work remotely or in the office the remaining days of the week.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Business Data Solutions team sits within Operations and is responsible for ensuring that data being sourced for critical business functions is available and fit for purpose. This team coordinates the on-boarding of external index data and leads the process to ensure this data is available on time and with good quality. The team also includes data analysts who support critical projects and ensure data is understood and documented prior to being integrated into key business processes. This team is expected to work with internal and third party vendors that are deemed strategic and critical to the business functioning such as Markit EDM IMS RIMES APX BMM and other key systems.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Data Integration Analyst is a key player in ensuring that the data Parametric relies on for critical business functions is available and of good quality. This individual will conduct data analysis review and resolve data exceptions field data requests and questions and help to maintain data catalogs. This role interacts with multiple areas of the firm (data management portfolio management data governance etc.) in addition to external vendors.

Salary range for the position: $60000-$90000/Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business units incentive compensation plan which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
