How youll contribute
The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) works under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide therapeutic support services that help patients develop recover and improve daily living and functional skills. The COTA communicates patient progress or concerns to the supervising therapist and care team educates family members or nursing staff on follow-through care and assists with scheduling and documentation in compliance with regulatory and accrediting standards. Responsibilities also include maintaining a safe and clean work environment and ensuring all duties are performed in alignment with the organizations Code of Business Conduct professional standards and applicable state and federal regulations.

Qualifications and requirements:
Candidates must have certification from the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program culminating in an Associates degree
Current and valid state OTA license or certificate of practice or equivalent in the states where services are rendered
CPR certification (when required)
Hourly range: $49.04
