We are hiring PAINT PREP TECHNICIANS to join our paint departmentimmediately. As a prepper you will get customer vehicles sanded primed and masked for paint. You will work independently and with a team in an effort to keep the painters loaded-up and arecommitted to doing the job right and delivering quality paint jobs. Bring your PREP experience and get paid for producing results!

What Were Looking For:
- Reliable

- Work experience in related field
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Disassemble and assemble vehicles as needed
- Move and setup vehicles and equipment for blasting & painting
- Use hand and power tools to sand prime and block
- Mask adjacent panels
- Wiping down and preparing for paint application
- Physical ability to work at a variety of heights and positions
- Read and understand work orders
- Wash vehicles and perform light detailing
