RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a liaison between customers technicians and staff on technical issues regarding products and services
- Trains employees to ensure work is performed in accordance with company practices processes workmanship safety practices and efficiency
- Assists Plumbing Manager in 1:1s and weekly ride alongs
- Educates on technical questions and troubleshoot customer concerns ensuring highest levels of satisfaction
- Provides ongoing feedback of team to Plumbing Manager
