About Us
Woodland Springs is a 96-bed behavioral health hospital located in Conroe Texas. We provide inpatient and outpatient programming for those facing mental health and addiction challenges. Our programs offer caring compassionate treatment for children adolescents adults and seniors.
Programs include inpatient mental health and addiction treatment Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT).
Job Summary
The Dietary Manager oversees the daily operations of the hospitals dietary services including food preparation service sanitation and compliance with nutrition standards and patient needs.
Responsibilities
Supervise dietary staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and service.
Manage inventory ordering and proper storage of food and supplies.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and sanitation protocols.
Collaborate with clinical staff on patient-specific dietary needs and preferences.
Train and evaluate dietary personnel promoting team development and efficiency.
Qualifications
Associates degree in Nutrition Food Service or related field required.
Bachelors degree preferred.
2 years of food service management experience healthcare setting preferred.
ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification required.
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
