Job Description

You will be contacted directly by the facility after applying to this Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking a BE/BC Anesthesiologist to join the team at HCA Florida Pasadena Hospital. This is a cohesive collegial group that enjoys a great work environment and schedule that allows for work/life of Opportunity/Qualified Candidates: Care Team Model of 3 Anesthesiologists and 4 CRNAs covering 5 sites of mix: Bread & Butter General Ortho Spine Urology GI. No hearts. No heads. No peds. No OB. Average surgical volume of approx. 4200 week 40 hours per week. 80/20 Supervision/Doing own is beeper from home 7 shifts (7p-7a) month. 5 weekday calls and 1 weekend. If Physician decides to take any extra call it will be paid out $1000 per 12 hour beeper be cross-credentialed with our sister facilities: HCA Florida St. Petersburg Hospital and HCA Florida Northside be Regional Block proficient to support robust opioid-sparing and ERAS programs. Primarily Supervision but should be comfortable doing own Package: W2 Hospital employed Date Bonus offered and relocation assistance available.10 weeks PTO and $5000 CME annuallyFull benefits package including medical dental vision FSA STD/LTD and life insurance.401(k) with Company match that increases with years of based medical malpractice coverage paid 100% by CompanyDiscounted Employee Stock Purchase Plan
