Position Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) is to provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for patients with variety of mental and behavioral disorders. The successful candidate will effectively work with clients their families and care teams in order to establish and achieve treatment plan goals. The LCSW is a core member of the CPG Advanced Pain & Spine Institute (APSI). CPG APSI is a multidisciplinary outpatient treatment center for adults (18) who suffer from chronic pain. We provide our patients with skills that they can continue to use and develop through our program and at home. The successful candidate will effectively work with clients their families and care teams to establish and achieve treatment plan goals. This position is a core member of the collaborative care team which includes the patients medical providers pain psychologist and PTs/OTs/SLP as well as the larger medical care team.
