Title: Senior Network Engineer
Duration: 3-6 Months

Rate: $50/hr - $60/hr

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Network Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Cisco networking Firewall management Juniper routers/switches and Mist wireless solutions. This role requires deep knowledge of enterprise network infrastructure security best practices and cloud-managed network technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design implement and manage enterprise network infrastructure using Cisco routers switches and wireless controllers.
- Configure and maintain Firewall systems (e.g. Palo Alto Cisco ASA/Firepower Fortinet etc.) for secure access and traffic control.
- Deploy troubleshoot and optimize Juniper EX/QFX/MX series devices in campus and data center environments.
- Administer and support Mist AI-driven wireless networks including access point provisioning network policies and user analytics.
- Perform network monitoring capacity planning and performance tuning.
- Conduct root cause analysis of complex network issues and drive resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network design upgrades and security initiatives.
Required Skills:
- 5 years of experience with Cisco networking (CCNA/CCNP preferred).
- Strong understanding of Layer 2/3 protocols (STP OSPF BGP EIGRP).
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Firewalls and VPNs.
- Hands-on experience with Juniper Networks hardware and JunOS CLI.
- Experience with Mist AI / Juniper Mist Wi-Fi deployments and cloud dashboards.
- Knowledge of network security segmentation and NAC solutions.
- Scripting experience (Python/Shell) is a plus.
Certifications Preferred:
- Cisco CCNA/CCNP
- Juniper JNCIA/JNCIS
- Mist Certification (Optional but a plus)
