Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
About the Role
We are hiring a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative and child-centered ABA therapy team in Colorado Springs CO. Therapy sessions are center-based in-home or community-based-always conducted Monday through Friday during standard business hours to preserve your evenings and weekends. Youll have the flexibility to apply your clinical style within a supportive structure that emphasizes individualized care functional outcomes and family involvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide clinical supervision to RBTs and other clinical staff.
- Mentor and guide new BCBAs.
- Maintain regular communication with families and ensure client goals are being met.
- Foster a safe inclusive and collaborative environment for team members and clients.
- Ensure all services align with trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices.
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing.
- Meets BACB supervision standards.
- Experience working with children ages 2 20 with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges.
- Familiarity with assessment tools such as VB-MAPP ABLLS AFLS and Vineland preferred.
- Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates leadership empathy and alignment with ethical child-focused values.
Additional Requirements
- Must pass both national and local background checks.
- Valid drivers license required.
- Comfortable with basic computer tasks and programs (MS Word Excel Outlook).

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $80000 $90000 per year (based on experience)
- Monthly Bonus: $200 $800 based on billable hours
