What Youll Be Doing
Youll review and moderate content on popular social media platforms making sure everything follows community guidelines. Youll:

Analyze and act on flagged content (text images video)

Escalate complex cases when needed

Apply guidelines fairly across different types of content

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
What You Need

Fluent in Italian (C1) and confident in English (B2)

Strong understanding of social media and digital trends

Experience in moderation or e-commerce is a plus

Availability for 24/7 rotating shifts

A rational calm approach and attention to detail

Eligibility to work legally in Portugal
