About Company

Feasible Technologies provide services for clients across many industry sectors including but not limited to; Manufacturing Industries IT healthcare industrial office support and professional managerial needs.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support across various platforms and systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
  • Assist clients with troubleshooting network connectivity problems.
  • Document and maintain records of all support interactions and resolutions.
  • Coordinate with other IT team members to escalate unresolved issues.
  • Monitor system performance to ensure optimal operation.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks and updates on client systems.
  • Implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security.
  • Assist in software installations and upgrades for clients.
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on system usage.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing support issues.
  • Help maintain an updated knowledge base for future reference.
  • Stay informed about the latest technology trends and updates.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide high-quality customer service.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience in a technical support or help desk role.
  • Strong understanding of IT and computer systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and documentation practices.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Strong customer service orientation and empathy.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A ITIL) are a plus.
  • Willingness to work on-site at our location in India.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
