Job Description
Lead the execution of all MEP activities including mechanical electrical plumbing and HVAC systems.
Oversee the timely installation testing and commissioning of MEP systems in compliance with project timelines and specifications.
Ensure that all MEP systems align with architectural and engineering designs and project objectives.

Safety and Regulatory Compliance
Ensure strict adherence to local building codes safety regulations and environmental standards.
Implement safety protocols to mitigate risks associated with MEP installations.
Collaborate with the safety team to maintain a safe working environment for all
Commissioning and Handover
Supervise the testing and commissioning of all MEP systems to ensure functionality
and adherence to design specifications.
Prepare as-built documentation and operational manuals for MEP systems before project handover.
Documentation and Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of MEP activities including progress reports technical submittals and design changes.
Provide regular updates on MEP progress challenges and resolutions to the Construction Manager.
Team Leadership and Management
Lead manage and mentor a team of electricians plumbers and technicians.
Monitor team performance and address any issues to ensure smooth execution of MEP tasks.
Ensure alignment of the team with project goals and quality standards.
Budget and Resource Management
Monitor MEP activities to ensure they are completed within the allocated budget and
timelines.
Optimize resource allocation to minimize waste and enhance productivity.
