Looking for an adventure as a Night Porter (officially Guest Services Manager - Nights) at the ibis Styles hotel in Crewe
Heres whats waiting for you:
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week and were offering a salary of 26517 per year plus benefits (equivalent to 12.70 per hour).

Your mission should you choose to accept it:
Picture this: youll be the friendly face welcoming our late-night guests handling those last-minute reservations and ensuring those early birds leave with a smile. Throughout the night its all about making sure every guest is comfy the hotel is secure and our Front Office keeps ticking like clockwork.
Youll likely be the first person our guests meet so bring your A-gamefriendly professional and confident! Got an issue or a concern Youre the superhero theyll turn to and youve got the power to make things right.
Your to-do list
Its a busy mix - from tending the bar and handling cash to organising reports preparing breakfast managing reservations preparing meeting rooms for the day ahead doing security checks and being the go-to for our housekeeping and maintenance teams. All while ensuring our guests are happy and enjoying their stay.
What you bring to the table:
Effective communication skills and a warm welcoming vibe. Experience in hotels or a service industry is great to have but not essential. As long as youre capable reliable and keen we can show you the ropes. As youll be working the night shift you will need to be comfortable working independently or with only a small number of colleagues.
