We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Associate Dentist to join our thriving dental practice in Bromley. This exciting opportunity offers a blend of NHS (children only contract) and private dentistry allowing you to provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient base.
- Working 4-5 days/week
- Deliver high-quality dental care to both NHS (children) and private patients
- Perform a wide range of dental procedures including routine check-ups fillings extractions and cosmetic treatments
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients ensuring their comfort and satisfaction
- Collaborate with our experienced team of dental professionals to provide comprehensive treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with NHS and private practice standards
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our practice
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in dental techniques and technologies
- Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and infection control protocols
- Assist in managing patient appointments and treatment schedules efficiently
- Contribute to the practices growth by attracting and retaining patients through excellent service

Qualifications :
- Valid GDC registration and licence to practise dentistry in the UK
- Proven experience in both NHS and private dentistry
- Excellent clinical skills across a range of dental procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient care
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a dental team
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centred care
- Proficiency in using dental software and digital imaging systems
- Dedication to ongoing professional development and staying current with dental advancements
- Flexible approach to work and ability to adapt to changing patient needs
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Knowledge of UK dental regulations and best practices
- Bachelors degree in Dentistry (BDS or equivalent)
