Join our Global HR Operations function as our new Senior Global Mobility Specialist and help us build a future-focused people-centric mobility program aligned with Rambolls vision for a sustainable and connected world.
Your new role
As a Senior Global Mobility Specialist you will serve as a strategic advisor and operational expert across all aspects of global mobility. Youll play a vital role in enabling cross-border talent movement while ensuring compliance with tax immigration laws. This role is key to delivering a consistent and exceptional experience for employees managers and stakeholders during every stage of the mobility lifecycle.
Youll collaborate with global stakeholders including HR Finance Legal and external partners (such as Big 4 advisory firms and relocation providers) with a strong focus on policy compliance process improvement and employee experience.
