Job Description
Care Assistant Benefits:
- Excellent pay rates - from 13.25 per hour on weekdays and 13.75 per hour on weekends plus double bank holiday rates
- Types of hours available - From 10 hours part time to 37.5 hours full time
- Minimum 1 hour calls so you have the time needed with clients
- Retention bonus - Increased hourly rate to 13 after 6 months of service
- Employee referral bonus programme - 50 for a referral that starts with us and a further 100 after 6 months of their service. *Terms apply
- Mileage 30p per mile and travel time 12.21 per hour - paid separately

Care Assistant responsibilities:
Being a Care Professional is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same! With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching you have the time to provide high quality person-focused care.
Duties can include:
- Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
- Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework
- Accompanying to appointments or shopping
- Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing showering dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
