Job Description
Diese Position wird an unseren Standorten in Mnchen Wien und in Frankfurt besetzt.
- Im Rahmen von Grobauprojekten in den Bereichen Data Centre und Life Science sind Sie als Teil eines Projektteams fr die Erstellung und berwachung komplexer Terminplne verantwortlich.
- Sie behalten die Richtigkeit Validitt und Vollstndigkeit der Terminplne im Blick und erstellen Fortschrittsberichte fr das Projekt-Reporting.
- Sie identifizieren analysieren und kommunizieren Abweichungen und erarbeiten Vorschlge zur Gegensteuerung.
- Sie koordinieren interne und externe Terminplne bewerten die Vorgehensweise und die Kontrollsysteme und erarbeiten Manahmen.
- Als Berater frdern Sie eine gute und strukturierte Kommunikation mit den kundeninternen Fachbereichen und den externen Planungsteams.
Qualifications :
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Fach- oder Hochschulstudium mit bautechnischer Ausrichtung.
- Sie bringen ca. 7 Jahre einschlgige Erfahrung im Bereich Projektsteuerung / Project Controls fr Infrastrukturprojekte mit davon min. 5 Jahre spezialisierte Kentnisse in der Terminplanung.
- Sie berzeugen durch ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- prsentations- und Moderationsfhigkeiten Zielstrebigkeit Einfhlungsvermgen ebenso wie Spa an herausfordernden Groprojekten.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen.
- Sicherer Umgang mit Primavera (P6)
