Quality Representative Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate document and process customer and vendor returns
• Support and maintain the Quality Management System
• Calibrate and maintain Measuring & Test Equipment
• Conduct internal audits and support customer audits/visits
• Lead root cause investigations and recommend corrective actions
• Provide technical assistance internally and externally
• Drive continuous improvement as branch Lean Focal
• Ensure timely posting of audit scores
• Facilitate brief daily meetings (10 minutes)
• Maintain visual boards audit history and newsletters
• Support prep work for workshops (AIWs)
• Maintain Shared Vision Board (corporate and local)

This role is based on the warehouse floor and involves working around heavy machinery.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience or training in ISO9001 ISO13485 or AS9100/9120
• Familiarity with quality systems Lean principles and basic computer skills
• Strong safety mindset
• 13 years of experience (entry-level candidates with the right mindset are welcome!)

Preferred Qualifications

• ASQ certification
• 3 years in Quality Assurance/Control
• Training in Lean Safety/OSHA or metals industry
