Job Duties
This position serves as courier between our three sites- Jamestown Settlement American Revolution Museum at Yorktown P.G. Emerson Central Support Complex. Responsibilities include using a state vehicle in the transporting of interdepartmental mail postal items banking items documents files and other materials in a safe secure and timely manner.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to follow clear and detailed directions
- Demonstrated ability to work with internal and external customers providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with little supervision
- Experience working in a service-oriented environment
- Must possess valid drivers license
- Strong written verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Additional Considerations
- Knowledge of U.S. Postal Regulations preferred
