Deputy Nurse Manager (RGN/RMN)

Salary: up to 55000

40 hours per week - Monday to Friday (flexibility is essential)

Are you a compassionate leader eager to make a real difference in the lives of older adults including those living with dementia My client is looking for a motivated and passionate Deputy Manager (RGN/RMN) to join their team and help deliver exceptional care and support in a friendly and professional environment.

You will be working closely with a Home Manager who is a Registered Nurse deeply committed to providing outstanding care for older adults and individuals with dementia. His dedication and hands-on leadership style create a supportive and empowering workplace for those who share his passion for high-quality caregiving.

What Were Looking For:

  • Active RGN (Registered General Nurse) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) license.
  • Previous experience as a Deputy Nurse Manager within a nursing home setting with a hands-on and person-centred approach.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of care standards safeguarding procedures and clinical compliance.
  • Experience in dementia care and a passion for improving the quality of life for older adults.
