Job Description
Harney District Hospital is looking to hire a full-time Environmental Services Technician to join our EVS Team. The starting hourly wage for this position is $17.37 per hour and increases based on experience. We also offer exceptional full-time benefits including $850/month towards medical & vision $65/month for dental a 401(K) retirement plan a PERS (public employee retirement system) plan and up to 200 hours of paid time off (PTO) per year. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: General knowledge of methods materials equipment and solutions used in housekeeping; and safe usage care and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies. Equivalent to a high school education or any satisfactory combination of experience and training which demonstrates the knowledge skills and abilities to perform the above duties.
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS: Previous work or volunteer experience performing institutional housekeeping tasks.
