Job Summary
The Reconstruction Technician will assist the project manager on our reconstruction jobs and projects.
Responsibilities
Assist our construction project manager on reconstruction jobs and projects. This includes but is not limited to drywall painting and texturing installing various types of flooring installing cabinets tiling installing appliances and demolition.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must maintain a valid Drivers License & maintain a good driving record
- Must have strong knowledge of construction methods materials and tools
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in drywall from start to finish
- Experience with carpet and flooring installation is a plus
- Must be able to stand; walk sit use hands and fingers reach with hands & arms and talk or hear
- Must be able to regularly lift and or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 lbs.
