Job Description

- Answer screen and direct incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Accurately document customer information into company systems
- Schedule initial inspections with customers and mitigation teams
- Adjust and update schedules as needed to meet customer and operational needs
- Perform file audits to ensure accuracy and completion of documentation
- Communicate changes and updates promptly to management customers and team members
- Provide after-hours phone support on a rotating basis (nights weekends)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior customer service experience (restoration construction or service industry preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Professional phone presence with patience and active listening skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Willingness to participate in rotating on-call schedule
