Description

The University of Maine at Farmington (UMF) is seeking a full-time Administrative Specialist (CL2) within its STEM Division. This dynamic on-campus role is essential to supporting the day-to-day operations of the division requiring a high level of professionalism initiative and independence.

As an Administrative Specialist you will manage facility access financial transactions documentation and support programming and events specific to STEM. Youll work closely with division leadership faculty and staffhelping coordinate activities assisting stakeholders and ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for students and visitors. The successful candidate will be organized resourceful and capable of upholding policies with diplomacy and respect across diverse groups and situations.

This position offers a starting wage of $19.61 per hour (non-negotiable) or the applicable transfer rate for current ACSUM bargaining unit employees.
