At H.G. Fenton Company our IT Manager plays a vital role in maintaining secure stable systems and providing outstanding service to our teams across residential commercial and corporate environments. Youll lead through action and accountabilitytroubleshooting problems supporting new technology rollouts and championing data security and infrastructure performance. What Youll Do:
Serve as a customer-focused responsive partner to internal teamsdelivering day-to-day support with professionalism and urgency
Oversee infrastructure including Unifi cameras ButterflyMX access control and AT&T Managed WiFi ensuring optimal performance and vendor accountability
Support IT security policies and access controls helping manage automation data protection and regulatory compliance
Lead implementation of new technologies and IT projects with attention to detail clear documentation and timely execution
Mentor another engineer through continued collaboration promoting teamwork operational excellence and consistent learning

Our Compensation Philosophy:
The total compensation for this position is $125K$150K (inclusive of base bonus). The base pay offered may vary depending on the job-related knowledge skills and experience of the goal is to ensure performance-based compensation that is motivating and competitive and we adopt a pay-for-performance approach.
