How Youll Make an Impact

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and plans

  • Support risk management and ensure alignment with financial goals

  • Provide performance feedback for project team members

  • Ensure project deliverables meet contract and customer requirements

  • Coordinate procurement of services materials and equipment

  • Monitor project stages for scope cost schedule risk and resource efficiency

  • Oversee invoicing expenses and cash flow tracking

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines

Your Background

  • Bachelors degree in engineering

  • 3 years of experience in project coordination or management

  • Familiarity with grid integration or energy infrastructure projects

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience with risk and financial tracking tools

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced matrixed environment

  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
