What Youll Do:
- Provide personalized in-home care for seniors in theGresham area
- Assist with daily living tasks: bathing dressing meals light housekeeping
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Follow care plans and communicate with the care team
- Monitor health changes and report concerns
- Maintain a safe clean and respectful environment
What You Bring to the Role:
- Personal or professional caregiving experience (preferred not required)
- Patience empathy and a genuine desire to help others
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to travel at least 15 miles one way to client homes
- Comfort working in varied home environments
- Consent to safety devices where applicable (e.g. video monitoring)
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs
