Job Description
PART- TIMEPOSITION - RN Shift Nursing (OPEN)
Location - Lincoln Booth Bay - 29.5hrs/weekly available!
Pay Rate - $37- $40 hourly
ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEE BENEFITS SUCH AS MEDICAL DENTAL VISION AND RETIREMENT 401 (K).
Nurse Responsibilities & Duties
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor vital signs and health indicators regularly
- Provide wound care and dressing changes
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing grooming and feeding
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Coordinate with healthcare providers for comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and care strategies
- Document patient progress and update medical records
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical care as needed
- Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
- Manage pain and symptoms for patients with chronic or terminal conditions
- Supervise home health aides and other support staff
- Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patient care
- Use medical equipment and technology efficiently and safely
Qualification-
Minimal 2 years of experience
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher
BSN Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Preferred.
- Certification in specialized areas of nursing (e.g. geriatrics pediatrics)
- Previous experience in home healthcare or private duty nursing
- Advanced training in critical care or emergency response
