Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team. This remote full-timeand/or part-time (3 days a week minimum) position offers an opportunity to provide high-quality healthcare services to a diverse patient population enhancing their overall well-being and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- See patients for medicalcare/primary care including but not limited to:
- Initial Evaluations
- Follow-up Care
- Mid Refills
- Labs
- Imaging
- Woundcare (optional)
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current Nurse Practitioner certification and state licensure in California.
- Minimum of two years of experience in primary care or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
