Job Description
Were looking for a Sales Team Leader Health Insurance to join our brand-new Weekend Team based in our Docklands office. Youll work Saturday to Tuesday (approx. 29 hours a week) and still take-home pay like youre working a full 40!
What Youll Be Doing
- Lead coach and inspire a team of 12 Sales Consultants
- Drive performance by setting clear expectations providing regular feedback and recognising wins
- Monitor daily sales activity and support consultants to hit targets and exceed them
- Create an upbeat and engaging team culture where people genuinely want to show up and perform
- Support onboarding and ongoing development of team members
- Collaborate with other leaders and stakeholders to refine processes and boost efficiency
- Handle escalations with confidence and ensure exceptional customer outcomes
What Were Looking For
- Health insurance subject matter expertise
- A natural people leader with strong coaching mentoring and team development skills
- Someone who thrives on data KPIs and building high-performing teams
- Exceptional communication problem-solving and decision-making ability
- High energy and emotional intelligence you lift others up and lead by example
- Comfortable managing under pressure and pivoting when needed
- Sales Leadership experience is highly desirable (ideally in call centre or fast-paced sales environments)
