Job Description
As our Building Janitor youll be responsible for keeping our facilities in top-notch condition. Your duties will include:
- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Performing general cleaning tasks such as sweeping mopping vacuuming and dusting offices showrooms and restrooms.
- Waste Management: Emptying trash and recycling bins throughout the building.
- Restocking Supplies: Making sure all restrooms and breakrooms are well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Minor Repairs: Handling small maintenance tasks and reporting larger issues to management.
- Floor Care: Maintaining the cleanliness of various floor types including carpet and tile.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a janitorial or custodial role is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A strong commitment to safety and a positive attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
