Job Description
Deluxe is expanding its HRIS/Workday team. Specifically we are looking to enhance the level of expertise in the Benefits and HCM modules as we continue next-stage implementations.
We excel in a proactive approach to problem-solving and thrive in a collaborative work environment. This role is crucial in ensuring the effective utilization and continuous improvement of our HRIS systems to support our organizations strategic goals.
Job Functions:
Lead the configuration implementation and maintenance of the Workday HRIS
Lead efforts to evaluate test and implement system upgrades new features and functionality within Workday.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT Finance and Payroll to ensure seamless integration and alignment of HRIS with other business systems.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure seamless transitions.
Analyze current HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement by leveraging Workday capabilities.
Monitor system security and data privacy measures to safeguard sensitive information.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data within Workday.
Develop and generate comprehensive reports and analytics to support decision-making.
Ensure the HRIS complies with all relevant laws regulations and company policies.
Basic Qualifications:
Education and Experience: Bachelors and 3 years of experience in HRIS management with at least 2 years specializing in Workday or HS/GED and 7 years
Has led system implementations and/or upgrades
In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM including configuration reporting and security
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Must be 18 years of age or older
Preferred Qualifications:
Education and Experience: Bachelors and a minimum of 4 years of experience in HRIS management with at least 2 years specializing in Workday.
Workday experience with 3 or more modules
Ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and simplified manner to non-technical users
Compensation
The compensation range for this position is $95000.00 - $120000.00 annually. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge skills location experience and take into account internal equity.Benefits
