Were seeking a Representative Payee Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic this critical role youll ensure individuals in our Group Residential Support Services (GRSS) Individual Residential Support Services (IRSS) and Representative Payee Services programs receive the financial support and oversight they need - delivered with respect dignity and full compliance with state and federal standards.
As our Rep Payee Compliance Specialist youll be a watchdog and advocate for financial transparency ensuring client funds are managed wisely and ethically. Your day-to-day impact will include:
Overseeing and auditing client finances to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Managing Social Security benefits to meet daily living needs.
Reviewing financial ledgers and ensuring client purchases are aligned with policies.
Supporting programs with accurate reporting timely applications and audit preparation.
Training and empowering staff on best practices in financial management.
Upholding the highest standards of integrity transparency and service.

High school diploma or GED (college or financial experience a plus!)
One year of experience in financial management auditing or a related role preferred
Strong organizational skills attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Tech-savviness with Microsoft Office and an eagerness to learn new tools
A heart for service and experience with individuals with IDD (or a desire to learn!)
Bonus if youre familiar with:
Social Security Administration regulations True Link card systems or financial compliance auditing
Valid Colorado drivers license and clean driving record
Pass a criminal background check
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
