Assistant Director of Surgical Services
Full-Time Days $20000 Sign-On Bonus
Location: Fort Mill SC
About the Role
Envoy Recruitment is hiring an Assistant Director of Surgical Services to support day-to-day operations across the Operating Room (OR) Pre-Op/PACU and Sterile Processing at a leading hospital in Fort Mill South Carolina.
Reporting to the Market Director this position offers the opportunity to lead and mentor clinical teams oversee scheduling manage supply needs and ensure smooth efficient workflows across perioperative services.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across OR Pre-Op/PACU and Sterile Processing

Supervise clinical staff and ensure adherence to policies and best practices

Manage supply and equipment ordering

Coordinate staff scheduling and daily assignments

Ensure high-quality patient-centered care in a fast-paced surgical environment

Collaborate with leadership on performance and process improvements
What You Bring
Education
-
Required: Bachelors degree in Nursing
-
Preferred: Masters in Nursing Health Administration Business or related field
Experience
-
5 years clinical experience in a surgical or perioperative setting
-
2 years in a progressive leadership role (Manager Charge Nurse etc.)
-
OR experience strongly preferred
Licensure & Certifications
-
Active RN license (must meet state requirements)

Current CPR certification
